On the con side - there's no commentary tracks for season 2 as released on previous eds, it doesn't come with season 3, and lacks the extras of other seasons.
Pluswise - it comes with an exclusive Ash Williams Statue and is limited to 1,500 copies. Likely the only German release of the show, too.
